This policy explains what personal information Nova Everyday collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
Who we are
Nova Everyday, trading as Nova Everyday, is the controller of your personal information. Our address is 4-3 Freeman Street, Grimsby, England, DN32 7AA. Contact us about privacy at support@novaeveryday.com.
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and what you bought.
- Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Reviews: if you review a product, your name, rating and review text.
- Messages you send us.
- Website use: IP address, browser and pages visited, through cookies. See our cookie policy.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns: performing our contract with you.
- To keep financial records: legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and ask for a review after delivery: our legitimate interests.
- Marketing emails: your consent, or for customers, our legitimate interests. Unsubscribe at any time.
- Advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel: your consent, through our cookie banner.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only where needed: with suppliers and fulfilment partners who pack and send your order, delivery companies, payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, companies that host our website and send our emails, advertising platforms such as Meta if you accept marketing cookies, and authorities where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our suppliers and service providers are outside the UK, including in China, the EU and the US. When we transfer your information outside the UK, we protect it, for example using the International Data Transfer Agreement approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office, and we share only what is needed to send your order.
How long we keep it
Order records: six years after the end of the financial year, for tax purposes. Marketing: until you unsubscribe. Customer service emails: up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, move it to another organisation, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@novaeveryday.com. We reply within one month.
