Delivery is free to every UK address, and every order is tracked. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 3–6 working days of ordering. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take a little longer. If your order is delayed, we’ll let you know by email.
Ordering more than one
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will get tracking for each one.
Prices and extra charges
All prices include UK VAT. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, or tracking hasn’t changed for 5 working days, email us at support@novaeveryday.com with your order number. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it.
