Is it powerful enough for dog hair and grit?
Yes. It is made for crumbs, grit, sand and pet hair on car seats and mats. For hair woven deep into carpet, use the brush nozzle and go over the area a couple of times.
How does the wet function work?
It can pick up small spills, like a splash of tea or rainwater on a mat. It is not designed for large amounts of liquid. Empty and dry the dust cup and filter afterwards, and always follow the instructions in the box.
How long does it take to charge?
About 2 hours for a full charge, using the cable in the box.
Can I use it in the house?
Yes. It is great for stairs, sofas, crumbs under the kitchen table and pet beds.
How do I clean the filter?
Twist off the dust cup, remove the filter, tap it clean and rinse it under the tap. Let it dry completely before putting it back.

Delivery is free and tracked to every UK address.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–6 working days.
How does “2nd half price” work?
Add two of the same offer product, such as the cordless car vacuum, and the second one is half price, applied automatically. Buy four and two of them are half price.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@novaeveryday.com as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been sent, we’ll change or cancel it. If it has, you can return it when it arrives.
Returns and warranty
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused for a refund. Read the full returns policy.
What if an electrical item stops working?
Electrical items have a 12-month warranty. Email us and we will replace or refund it. Your legal rights are not affected.
